How can I find American jewelry manufacturers that work with sterling silver, enamel and brass?

I search and search but only come up with companies from mainland China. What about U.S. companies? I need a company that can make charms, pendants and bracelets in sterling silver, enamel and brass (gold and silver plated). Any ideas?
